Step 1: Connect the power supply to the spray dryer for Chinese herbal extracts and turn on the switch knob on the spray dryer.
Step 2: Enter the system operation interface and click to turn on the fan.
Step 3: Turn on the heater and set the required temperature for drying the Chinese medicine. The temperature of our low-temperature vacuum dryer for Chinese medicine is between 35 and 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 4: Adjust the atomization pressure, generally 2 MPa, and adjust the needle pressure.
Step 5: When the heater reaches the required temperature, place the feed tube into the prepared beaker, turn on the peristaltic pump, and adjust the pump speed.
Step 6: If the material is viscous or does not flow well, we can open the nozzle on the control panel to prevent the material from clogging the nozzle.
